In-Person Workshops are Winding Down

Over the last ten years, I've taught well over 700 live workshops - and I've loved every one! I get so excited to see people's smiles when they create something they really didn't know they could make. Alcohol inks have been my main love, but I also enjoy other types of inks and tools - acrylic ink, India ink, even writing inks meant for fountain pens. Working with silicone tools, unique brushes, and dip pens - using stencils and other mixed-media supplies. I tried to branch out with my workshops a bit last year, but it's just not sustainable for me to purchase multiple sets of so many different supplies to teach classes. My home has become stacked with boxes, bags, and totes of all sorts of supplies I've bought, thinking, "I'll do a workshop with these!"

I want to keep teaching and sharing all these new ways to use alcohol ink and other inks, but the only way to move forward with that is to do it online. So you will see fewer in-person workshops and more online options through the end of this year. And then in 2027, I will be focusing all my teaching online - through live Zoom workshops, pre-recorded online courses, and YouTube videos.

I hope that if you've enjoyed any of my in-person workshops, you'll come along on this new journey of mine and join me on Zoom, on YouTube, or on my website. And for those of you who don't live near me and haven't been able to do anything with me in person, you'll see more and more options to watch, learn, and interact with me online.
