This landscape is peaceful and dynamic at the same time. The sun shining through the trees, casting the long shadows, gives it a lot of depth and interest.

 

Painting on white synthetic paper, this workshop is more about technique and layering, than about new tools or substrates.  I'm guessing that if you work with alcohol inks, you already have all the supplies you'll need. View Supply List PDF at the bottom of the registration page.

  • Just watch and ask questions along the way - you can then paint along to the recorded replay later.

 

Not available on September 17th, but still interested in learning?  No problem! I’ll send you a link to the recording the next day, so that you can watch at your convenience. You can re-watch the recording as many times as you like.

CAMERA

If you want to participate on-screen, you'll need a camera, either on your laptop, phone, or a separate webcam.  If you prefer not to be on-screen, you do not need a camera.

Your Instructor

Back in 2014, I made a simple New Year's resolution: to set aside one hour each week to do something creative. It completely changed my life. 

I was initially drawn to alcohol inks because of the vibrant, happy colors, but I quickly became addicted to their surprising behavior and beautiful, organic movement. 

I've been creating with alcohol inks for twelve years, and teaching for eleven. I'm still in love with this magical medium and love sharing what I've learned with others.  Thanks for joining me on this journey!
